Worked example
An internal request starts in the form, receives an identifier, reaches the responsible person and can go through approval. Status and deadlines appear in the dashboard; the requester can track the result.
How to interpret it correctly
Do not automatically copy every historical column. Decide who owns each field, how duplicates are handled and what happens when an integration does not respond. Data migration must be verified before launch.
