From a control sheet to a traceable workflow.
This is a QAPP pilot model built around processes available in the application. It shows what we document before implementation, what we configure and how we validate the result. We do not invent client names or achieved indicators: they are published only with the client’s agreement and based on validated data.
Turn a repeatedly completed paper, Excel or e-mail sheet into a digital process with structured data, reaction to deviations and easy-to-follow reporting.
Initial context
| Before | What we analyse together | After the pilot |
|---|---|---|
| Scattered sheets, different versions, manual checks and data that is hard to centralise. | What is completed, who validates it, which limits matter, what happens on a deviation and which indicator must be tracked. | A configured workflow, tested with real users and measured against criteria agreed before launch. |
What a measurable comparison looks like
The values below illustrate how we report a pilot. They are not presented as results achieved for a client. They become validated results only after measuring the initial situation and confirming the same calculation method after implementation.
Validation criterion: the same type of report, the same period and the same data sources; time is measured from the start of consolidation until the report is available for verification.

What we validate, not what we promise
- Time required to complete and verify a record.
- Quality and completeness of collected data.
- Time to identify and assign a deviation.
- Usefulness of the dashboard for decision-makers.
The outcome of a successful pilot
It is not just an online form. It is a process the team can execute consistently, where data is usable, deviations have an owner and results can be compared with the initial situation.
To turn this page into a real public case study, we need the client’s agreement or confirmed anonymisation, the implemented process, pilot period, before/after indicators and validated results.
